With a core business of commercial contract cleaning, we offer a range of facilities management services across mainland UK to over 2,000 businesses. Our clients range from multi-site nationals to one-off independent enterprises.

All of GCC Facilities Management’s operatives are trained to BICSc (British Institute of Cleaning Science) standards and are fully trained using NHS Cleanliness and Infection Control guidelines as a standard.

We specialise in contracts for all commercial and leisure premises. Whether you need a regular office, medical, retail, warehouse, pub or restaurant clean, you can be sure we can help. We provide a regular daily, weekly or monthly service through to full-time facility servicing.
We train our team to ensure they are skilled and motivated to enable them to carry out their duties effectively, safely and with due care.
All of our team members are provided with the level of training dependent upon their role. All of our team members undergo our ‘Cleaning Competence Programme’ which includes:
Cleaning methodology training – including colour coding (as required by CQC and the NHS)
Use of products, equipment and chemicals – including COSHH
Health & Safety training
Environmental training – dealing with waste, natural resources, etc
On-site Risk Assessments
The training is organised as ‘best fit’ for every client, either teams being trained ‘off site’ by one of our trained Area Managers or individually and ‘on the job’ – whichever will provide the best results.
