GCC Facilities Management plc is a privately owned company that has over 49 years of experience in the facilities management industry.

We provide a “one-stop” solution by offering a comprehensive range of facilities management services across mainland UK, from contract cleaning to legionella and other specialist soft FM services as well as the supply of own-brand products and chemicals. GCC can provide once a week cleans at single sites through to full-time facility servicing across multi-site estates, all delivered by our highly trained in-house operatives.

Our 800 strong, nationwide cleaning team supported by Area Managers, Regional Cleaning Supervisors and mobile teams based within 12 discrete regions provides high-quality and reliable cleaning to over 2000 clients across the UK.

Training and Upskilling

All operational employees including managers undergo GCC’s bespoke Cleaning Proficiency Course which is aligned to the British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICSc) standard using NHS Cleanliness and Infection Control guidelines as a baseline to prevent cross-contamination, irrespective of the premises.
