Please remember that if your contract requires you to work Bank Holidays that this includes Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Day and 4th January (for Scotland).
If your contract includes these days and you are unable to provide cover, please let your account manager know as soon as possible.
If a different person is cleaning over the holiday period, please let your client as well as your account manager know.
