We regularly conduct surveys with all of our clients, to ask them to ‘rate’ the standard of the cleaning service that we provide and to comment accordingly.
Overall, the service we are providing has this month been rated at an average of 6.46 out of 10. This is a very slight improvement on
last quarter and a notable improvement on the previous quarter – although we still have a way to go to reach 10 out of 10. Please make sure that you are doing all that you can to make sure your client rates you highly.
We will always let you know if the client has made any comments about the service you have provided. Often, although most clients will only comment when they want to make a complaint, we do have others who will tell us when a member of the GCC team is going above and beyond what is expected of them and delivering a great service.
